Although from the beginning we had many complications with the mortgage and a
series of untypical requests, we were always treated with the utmost patience.
It was probably the first time ever that during the viewing I did not feel
pressurised to make an immediate decision and pay the reservation fee so that
the house wouldn’t be passed onto another potential buyer. Although it was a
very desirable house, we had enough time to arrange the finances and think about
all the possibilities. It was taken for granted that buying a house was a big
life decision for an ordinary family like ours, and we were treated with much
sensitivity. Even despite the difficulties that came from our side throughout
the process, I had the feeling that both ladies pulled together with us and did
more to help us than it was their duty. At the same time I would like to
highlight the amazing communication, time flexibility, professionalism and
especially the human approach. We have a tiny baby, and simply the fact that Ms
Němcová was willing to visit us at home whenever it was necessary, was a great
help to us.
We were lucky that Atkinson & Partners was entrusted to sell the house
because it is mainly thanks to them that we fulfilled our dream to live in our
own house.
