Atkinson & Partners is one of the oldest real estate agencies on the Czech property market, and it was originally founded in the USA in 1990. Our long-term goal is to provide top quality services, including the preparation, sale or purchase of development projects (residential projects, logistics parks, office buildings, hotels) in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, or the purchase and sale/lease of a variety of properties, with the utmost respect for our client's needs. Depending on the different sales segments, we provide services under the brands Atkinson & Partners, Landhouse and Atkinson Real Estate. Since 2020, we have been cooperating with Keller & Williams, the most widespread real estate franchise, allowing you, our clients, to reach all over the world for potential buyers of your property, or to choose your dream property or real estate project/investment basically anywhere. We also carefully look after family estates by managing the entire portfolios of family properties to achieve the highest possible returns over a specific period.

Our team

You can confidently turn to our team of experienced professionals for all types of real estate transactions. The founder of the company is Managing Parner Monika Němcová, MBA, who has twenty-five years of experience in the Czech and European real estate market. We speak Czech, English, German, Russian and French.
